    Expertise

    Professor Radu Burlica is currently a TUIASI professor in the Department of Power Engineering. Professor Burlica has been working in the field of electrical discharge non-thermal plasma applications and reactor design for 16 years. He has published and reviewed journal articles with over 300 ISI citations and has written 6 books. His work has been supported by CNCSIS, UEFISCDI, National Science Foundation USA, and others.
